Cultural diversity of the Indonesian people is the
strength of the Indonesian national identity in the eyes of the world. Language
is a form of communication media in conveying the meaning of a person. Language
is one of the results of culture or the culture of the seven other results. Linguistics
(linguistic) divide three kefokusan include Langue, Langage, Parole. This
research paper focuses to parole (the science of studying the language a
dialect) located in Surabaya-area students of the Faculty of Humanities of the
original people of Airlangga University Surabaya. Parole parole impressed
created a hard-hitting. There is one native vocabulary that is considered hard
Surabaya ie "Jancuk". This research paper aims to reveal that parole
created by society or labelitas Surabaya is representative of the Surabaya
city's identity as a city of heroes. So it is very clear parole (dialect) is a
dialect created a hard-hitting like a hero. Researchers used a phenomenological
approach to the study of philosophy, saw the symptoms and signs presented by someone.

Background
Since ancient times the language is one aspect that
can not be separated from the rest of human life. Therefore, until recently the
language becomes an object of research is very interesting to study. Two
western scientists, Bloch and Trager, defines language as a "system of
symbols of arbitrary sounds used by a social group as a tool to communicate[i].
In general, the function of language as a
communication tool a person. From the development of communication are created
they form a system that is arbitrary. Arbitrary system is like-like systems,
but according to the conventions of society. Every utterance is generated by
the action of a language of communication will contain a symbol as stated by
Bloch and Trager. The symbol will later form a new culture and identity of a
community or group or personal.
There are three elements on study language, namely
langue, langage, and parole. For one of focus study conducted by researchers
this time was on parole. Parole is a study on the dialects of one language
barriers or Javanese language is "twisted" the terhasilkan. Parole
(dialect) of the Indonesian nation is diverse. Diversity is caused by several
variables, one of which is personal or community environment.
Surabaya City is one of the areas in the eastern
part of Java Island of Indonesia where the city is one of the city inhabited by
arek culture. Compared with the Madurese language or Java alusan (Mataram),
language dialectically Arek has a
characteristic, namely sound harsh. By some people (not limited to those
outside Surabaya, East Java, but also people themselves) Suroboyoan language
considered quite rude.
Researchers took a sample of research in the area of
the campus - the University of Airlangga the object of research is the
original student Surabaya, using the study of philosophy in the
phenomenological approach. Phenomenology itself derived from the word
"phenomenon" which means "the symptoms appear." Science
phenomenology see dialect created by students of Airlangga University Faculty
of Humanities who seem just a real loud symptoms done humanely. That is their
dialect created a very reasonable action.
Dialects seem harsh illustrates the attitude of a
hero, the hard-hitting but still thoughtful. Basis wonder why the hero is the
city of Surabaya is a hero that people subconsciously felt terlabelisasi
Surabaya. Ideology teraplikasikan heroic in their dialect. In social science or
sociology, the study of the action of physical and non-physical is assumed
labelitas Suroboyo dialect is hard and firm obtained from outside the
community. Outsiders view people seem hard Suroboyo say and no upload-ungguhnya
like the Javanese fine.
There is one simple linguistic grammar discovered by
researchers, grammar is "Jancuk". This Jancuk words meaning almost
the same as the foreign word fuck. Jancuk word was uttered by someone at
certain times, such as the disclosure of a sense of friendship to hostility.
Examples such as these illustrate the dialogue brought a sense of friendship,
"Jancuk,
piye kabare?" That (Jancuk, how are you? Long time no see) dialect a loud
and firm voice.
Addition vocabulary "Jancuk" is based on
strengthening the communication sign, a sign of affection between interaktor
communication. Someone was trying to deconstruct the language of love more, he
wants to show his friendship over using the word "Jancuk".
But
it would be a different perception when there is suppression at utter the word
"Jancuk", as shown below
"Jancuk,
Raimu Cok bastard!" Means "Jancuk, your face is the face of
criminals!" With emphasis on strong emotions.
So that parole (dialect), which was created by
students of Airlangga University, Faculty of Humanities contains a sign
depicting the people of Surabaya is a firm, strong but still thoughtful. They
assume a gentle soul is a cowardly soul, "arek Suroboyo is strong"
one speech that I took a sample of 10 students of the Faculty of Humanities
(FIB) Universitas Airlangga (Airlangga University). Coupled with the creation
of the vocabulary that describes Surabaya dialect is a dialect that is hard and
firm Jancuk vocabulary and how pengujarannnya to the other person's
communication interactions.
In the era of globalization are needed dialect
especially conservative language in each region. Derasnnya globalization is
like a magnet, which means that whoever the person and how the person was
feared characters will carry over and attached to a magnet (global processes).
Being wise in the dialect Suroboyo regard as one of
the indigenous culture in the form of a dialect is also one of our efforts to
preserve cultural diversity. Signs created by the indigenous languages with
accent Surabaya in a loud tone not merely describe the identity of Surabaya is
hard, but it's all an attempt or effort to show the people of Surabaya their
heroism in the form of dialect. Labelitas epic like very content provided to
the people of Surabaya.
